Three generations have been producing truly amazing wines. You will get a chance to see how the winery was run in years gone by. A visit to the winery museum is a must, where old and contemporary methods of wine production and bottling can be seen. The Island has a strong connection with wine the weather the soil morphology, and, of course, the sunshine make for a perfect home for super wines. You can choose which wine you would like to try. There are 17 top-quality wines to choose from. You may want to treat yourself to the old vintage wines. The premium and the old vintages are accompanied by local cheeses, cold meats, olive oil, and of course, bread from the local bakery. The Callinico Winery is open in the summer from 09.00 to 19.00. You could treat yourself to some of the wines to take home to remind you of your visit to the island. We have found the Winery to be very informative, especially for any wine connoisseurs.
